Dr. Vivek Gupta, Dr. Vivek Gupta holds a PhD in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad where he was recipient of prestigious Infosys Research Fellowship. He has wide consulting and data-modeling experience in the area of strategic marketing, market research and customer relationship management. He possesses extensive experience in development of marketing effectiveness measurements and enhancing ROIs on marketing investments. Vivek uses a combination of external marketing research data with internal data systems to extract marketing knowledge. His recent assignments include development of marketing effectiveness segmenting profiling telecommunication customers and loyalty program analytics. His client engagements are in industries like automobiles, telecom, hydraulics, advertising and media and consumer goods. He is also a visiting faculty at IIM Indore where he jointly teaches course in advanced marketing analytics. Vivek heads the data mining and customer analytics group at DecisionCraft Analytics.
