2.4 Election Surveys

C fore specializes in pre – poll surveys, analyzing voter behavior, developing voter decision making model, tracking election campaign, designing of strategy and election results forecasting.

Some of the projects related to elections taken by C fore :
 

  1. Pre–poll survey for assembly elections 2002 in Uttar Pradesh  and Punjab. The findings were published in Outlook. The prediction for congress vote share in Punjab  was on dot .      
  2. Exit Poll  conducted for Doordarshan for the assembly elections 2002 in Uttar Pradesh. Punjab , Manipur and Uttranchal. The results were most accurate when compared to similar surveys for these elections.
  3. Pre–poll survey for Himachal . The findings of the survey conducted in January of 2003 were published in Hindustan Times. The survey predicted 40 –45 seats for the congress , again on dot.


3. Rating Studies & Satisfaction Surveys:


C fore specializes in performance appraisal of different sectors like education and healthcare. This covers both rating of performance and customers satisfaction as well as, wherever applicable, technical evaluation (internal parameters) of services offered.

C fore does annual ranking of Schools, Business School and Hospitals in India. The findings are published in Outlook, a leading news magazine in India. IndiaBschools.com, a site developed by C fore has online satisfaction survey of students and faculty of Business schools. The satisfaction scores are used in ranking B-schools.

With businesses becoming more customer oriented Customer Satisfaction (CS) has become a prime concern.  Customer centric organizations take action on customer feedback on a day to day basis. They see the value of pinpointing the true drivers of loyalty, which requires measuring and understanding the attitudes and perceptions of the customers.

Keeping this in mind C fore with the help of state-of-the-art technology, helps companies stay at the forefront by gathering, analyzing and reporting the key drivers of loyalty in actionable terms that can be deployed throughout an organization. So far we have done several Customer Satisfaction studies in a variety of industries and markets.
